chicken stock4 Cups Chicken Stock
coconut aminos2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
eggs3 Eggs, Beaten Well
xanthan gum1 Tsp Xanthan Gum
ginger1/2 Tsp Fresh Ginger, Grated
pinch salt1 Pinch Salt
pinch pepper1 Pinch Black Pepper
optional green onions(Optional) Chopped Green Onions

Directions

Place a pot on the stove over medium-high heat.

Add the stock, ginger, and coconut aminos together and bring to a boil.

Add the xanthan gum slowly and stir continuously to incorporate.
