1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 Cup Keto Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/8 Cup Almond Flour
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Macadamia Nuts
1/4 Cup Keto White Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Sugar Free Strawberry Preserve

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.2
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, ChocZero maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.3
In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour and vanilla protein powder, then mix into the cottage cheese mixture along with melted butter until well combined.4
Divide the dough into two halves; stir white chocolate chips into one half and macadamia nuts into the other. Form cookies on the prepared baking sheet.5
Make a small indentation in each cookie and fill with sugar-free red raspberry preserve. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are golden.Download the app
