chicken5 Lbs Chicken (About 10 Pieces)
heavy cream1 Cup Heavy Cream
vinegar1 Tbsp Vinegar
pork rinds2 Cups Pork Rinds, Crushed
sea salt and pepper1/2 Tsp Sea Salt and Pepper
seasoning2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
celery salt1 Tsp Celery Salt
mustard1 Tsp Dried Mustard
paprika4 Tsp Paprika
cayenne1 Tsp Cayenne (Optional for extra spice)
garlic powder2 Tsp Garlic Powder
coconut oil1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Directions

Place chicken in a large bowl. Mix heavy cream and vinegar then pour over chicken. Let the chicken soak in the liquid for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

In a large bowl or dish, combine pork rinds, salt, Italian seasonings, celery salt, black pepper, dried mustard, paprika, cayenne, and garlic powder.

Dip each piece of chicken in dry pork rind mixture until coated.

Spread 1 tablespoon coconut oil in bottom of air fryer basket.

Arrange chicken in single layer on basket.

Air fry at 360°F for 10 minutes, rotate, then air fry another 10 minutes. Test chicken temperature to reach 165°F and continue cooking if needed.
