Ingredients

chicken thighs2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
pork rind1 & 1/2 cups crushed pork rind
heavy whipping cream1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
paprika1 tbsp paprika
ground pepper1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
garlic powder1 tbsp garlic powder
onion powder1 tbsp onion powder
celery salt1 tbsp celery salt
pink himalayan salt1/2 tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
mustard1/2 tbsp dried mustard
cayenne pepper1 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Place chicken thighs in a mixing bowl and add heavy whipping cream; stir until all pieces are evenly coated with cream. Set chicken aside to marinate.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the pork rind breadcrumbs and all spices; mix well.

Using a fork or set of tongs, dip chicken thighs into the breadcrumb mixture and coat thickly and evenly.

Set your air fryer to 390° for 16 minutes.

Alternatively, you can bake it in the oven on a baking sheet for 30 - 35 minutes at 400°.
