salt1 Tsp Salt
sesame oil2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
rice vinegar2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
sesame seeds2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Directions

Prepare your cucumber to your desired size and thickness. Lay out on paper towels and sprinkle salt over the cucumber. Let sit for 15 minutes and pat dry.

Taste a piece of the cucumber. If it is too salty for your taste, rinse the cucumber noodles off. Pat dry with paper towels.
