almond flour3 Tbsp Fine Almond Flour
coconut flour1/4 Tsp Coconut Flour
baking powder1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
erythritol sweetener1 1/2 Tbsp Erythritol Sweetener
vanilla extract1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
lemon juice1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
lemon zest1/2 Tsp Lemon Zest

In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, add all mug cake ingredients except lemon zest and mix until the batter is smooth.
