Ingredients

egg1 large egg
mozzarella cheese1 cup mozzarella cheese
seasoning1 tbsp Italian seasoning
almond flour1/4 Cup Almond Flour
sea salt and pepperSea Salt and Pepper to taste
mozzarella cheese1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
butter4 tbsp butter
garlic2 tbsp minced garlic
seasoning1 pinch Italian seasoning

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a Magic Bullet or other high spend blender.

Blend until mixture is well-mixed.

Grease a baking pan with butter or coconut oil.

Pour mixture onto baking pan and spread out evenly.

Bake at 375° until top of the crust is golden brown and edges begin to crisp about 15 minutes.

Melt butter in the microwave.

Mix garlic and melted butter together.

Pour over the prepared crust; work to get the butter as even as possible.

Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the butter and crust.

Sprinkle with a touch of Italian seasoning.
