onion1 Onion, Diced
bell peppers2 Bell Peppers, Diced
tomatoes1 10 Oz Can Tomatoes, Diced
tin chilis1 Small Tin Diced Green Chilis
zucchini1 Large Zucchini, Diced
taco seasoning2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
spinach3 Cup Spinach
cheddarr cheese1 1/2 Cup Cheddarr Cheese, Shredded
green onionGreen Onion, Diced

Directions

In a large pan, lightly brown ground beef and crumble well.

Drain some of the fat.

Add vegetables, and cook until browned.

Add canned tomatoes, taco seasoning, and any water needed for taco seasoning to evenly coat mixture.
