Directions

1
Preheat your oven to 200°F. Spread the torn slider rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour until dry and crispy.
2
In a large skillet, cook the sliced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Add the bulk pork sausage, diced onion, and celery. Cook on low heat for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3
Remove the cooked meat mixture from the skillet and drain excess fat. In a separate bowl, combine the dried sage, poultry seasoning, ground pepper, and salt.
4
In the same skillet, melt the unsalted butter and deglaze with 1 cup of turkey stock, scraping up any browned bits. Add the remaining turkey stock to the butter mixture.
5
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dried bread, cooked meat mixture, and pour the stock mixture over in 1/3 cup increments, tossing until desired moisture is achieved.
6
Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until the top is crispy. Garnish with parsley before serving.
