hot sauce1/4 Tsp Hot Sauce
liquid smoke1 Tsp Liquid Smoke
worcestershire1 Tsp Worcestershire
sea salt2 Tsp Sea Salt
pepper1 Tsp Pepper
onion powder1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
garlic powder1 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Mix all dry spices and the wet ingredients (except the oil) in a bowl. Pat legs dry and rub with seasoning.

Preheat oven to 350F. Heat Oil in a cast iron or oven proof skillet. Sear legs on each side.
