cauliflower1 Head Cauliflower
egg1 Egg
cheddar cheese3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
cayenne1/4 Tsp Cayenne
garlic powder1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
sea salt and pepper1/2 Tsp Sea Salt and Pepper

Directions

Rice entire head of cauliflower.

Microwave for 3 minutes and let cool. Place in paper towels or cheesecloth and ring out all the excess water.

Place cauliflower in a bowl, combine rest of ingredients and mix well.

Form into six hash browns on a greased baking tray.

Place in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
