Ingredients

coconut1/2 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
coconut oil1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
coconut cream2 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Cream
almond flour2 Tbsp Almond Flour
matcha tea powder2 Tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
allulose sweetene2 Tbsp Allulose Sweetene
vanilla extract½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
extra coconutExtra Shredded Coconut, optional

Directions

In a clear mixing bowl, add ½ Cup unsweetened shredded coconut, 1½ Tbsp melted coconut oil, ½ Tbsp coconut cream, 2 Tbsp almond flour, 2 Tsp matcha green tea powder, 2 Tbsp allulose sweetener, and ½ Tsp vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

If the mixture is too dry, gradually add the additional 2 Tbsp coconut cream until the desired consistency is achieved.

Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands.

For added texture and flavor, roll each ball in extra shredded coconut.

Place the formed balls onto a dish or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
