Ingredients
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
2 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Cream
2 Tbsp Almond Flour
2 Tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
2 Tbsp Allulose Sweetene
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
Extra Shredded Coconut, optional
Directions

In a clear mixing bowl, add ½ Cup unsweetened shredded coconut, 1½ Tbsp melted coconut oil, ½ Tbsp coconut cream, 2 Tbsp almond flour, 2 Tsp matcha green tea powder, 2 Tbsp allulose sweetener, and ½ Tsp vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.2
If the mixture is too dry, gradually add the additional 2 Tbsp coconut cream until the desired consistency is achieved.3
Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands.4
For added texture and flavor, roll each ball in extra shredded coconut.5
Place the formed balls onto a dish or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.Download the app
