scallops1 lb scallops, patted dry
butter4 tbsp butter
garlic1 tbsp minced garlic
squeezed lemon juice1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
rosemary1 pinch fresh rosemary, chopped
parsleyfresh parsley, chopped to garnish
