turkey1 Lb Leftover Turkey
mushrooms1/2 Lb Mushrooms, Chopped
cream cheese8 Oz Cream Cheese
chicken stock2 Cups Chicken Stock
garlic1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
onion powder1 Tbsp Onion Powder
oregano1 Tsp Oregano
cayenne pepper1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
heavy cream1 Cup Heavy Cream
cilantro to garnishCilantro to Garnish
sea salt and pepperSea Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

In a skillet, saute mushrooms in butter.

In a large pot add cooked turkey or chicken meat, sauteed mushrooms, cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, Cayenne, salt and pepper to taste, and chicken stock.

Heat to boil then reduce to simmer while the cream cheese melts. Simmer for 30 minutes then shred the turkey breast.

Stir in heavy cream and heat on high for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
