bacon6 Thick Cut Bacon Slices
cream cheese4 Oz. Cream Cheese
cheddar cheese4 Oz. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
jalapeno1.5 Oz. Jalapeno Slices
eggs2 Eggs
almond flour4 Tablespoons Almond Flour
parmesan cheese2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
water1 Tablespoon Water

Directions

Cook the bacon and crumble

Chop up the Jalapeno slices

Combine the bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Jalapeno slices

Form into 20 balls and refrigerate the balls

While the balls are cooling, make the batter by whisking the eggs then adding the Almond flour, parmesan and cheese

Coat the balls and refrigerate again

Fry the balls until golden brown
