Ingredients

almond flour1 Cup Almond Flour
coconut flour1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
baking powder1 Tsp Baking Powder
xanthan gum1 Tsp Xanthan Gum
lime juice3 Tsp Lime Juice
egg1 Egg, Beaten
water1 Tbsp Water
sea salt1/2 Tsp Sea Salt

Directions

Combine almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt in the bowl. Mix well until combined.

Slowly pour in lime juice, egg, and water, to the flour mixture. When dough is ready drop onto a piece of plastic wrap and wrap tightly. Put in refrigerator to rest for 10 minutes.

Divide dough into 8 small balls and start by placing one ball between two pieces of parchment paper and roll until it's about 1/8" thick.

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for about 45 seconds per side. Serve and Enjoy!
