Ingredients

cauliflower1 large head cauliflower
cheddar cheese2 cups grated cheddar cheese
parmesan cheese1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
heavy whipping cream1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
butter6 tbsp butter, melted
garlic3 cloves garlic, minced
sea salt1 pinch Sea Salt to taste
ground pepper1 pinch fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Clean and chop cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Oil and salt them before placing on a lined baking sheet.

Roast cauliflower for about 20 minutes or until tender.
