almond flour2 Cups Almond Flour
golden flaxmeal1/4 Cup Golden Flaxmeal
baking soda1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
sea salt1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
apple cider vinegar2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
eggs5 Eggs
xylitol1 Tsp Xylitol

Directions

1. In a large mixer or food processor combine almond flour, flax meal, baking soda and salt.

2. Add in apple cider vinegar, xylitol and eggs and mix/pulse until smooth, about 1 minute.

3. Transfer batter to a greased iron skillet.

4. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
