zucchini3 Zucchini, Spiralized
parmagiano reggiano1/3 Cup Parmagiano Reggiano
olive oil1 Tbsp Olive Oil
butter1 Tbsp Butter
garlic4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
white wine1/4 Cup White Wine
chicken/vegetable stock1/2 Cup Chicken/Vegetable Stock
juice of lemon1 Lemon, Juiced
pepper flakes1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
lemon zest1 Tsp Lemon Zest
parsley2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped

Directions

Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until the butter is melted.
