turkey sausage1 Lb Turkey Sausage (or Pork)
celery1/4 Cup Celery, Chopped
onion1/4 Cup Onion, Chopped
eggs2 Eggs
cauliflower2 Cups Cauliflower, Chopped
parmesan cheese1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
sage2 Tbsp Sage, Chopped
parsley2 Tbsp Parsley, Chopped
thyme2 Tbsp Thyme, Chopped
garlic1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
sea salt and pepperSea Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Crumble sausage to hot pan over medium heat.

Add Celery and onion and cook until sausage is browned. Drain some of the fat.

Beat eggs in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Add in cooked sausage.

Pour into baking dish and bake until top is nice and brown about 30 minutes.
