almond milk1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

xantham gum1/3 Tsp Xantham Gum
mustard powder1 Tsp Yellow Mustard Powder
cayenne pepper1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
sharp cheddar cheese8 Oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
pepper jack cheese4 Oz Pepper Jack Cheese, Shredded
salt and pepperSalt and Pepper to Taste

Add garlic and jalapeño, saute for 3-4 minutes to soften, then add almond milk and seasonings.

Whisk in the xanxtham gum until full incoporated.

Slowly start adding cheese. Stir and add by the handful, until the dip comes together. Serve immediately, or keep warm in a appropriate container.
