onion1/2 Onion, diced
taco seasoning1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
bell pepper1/2 Bell Pepper, diced
tomatoes1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes
cauliflower rice12 Oz Cauliflower Rice
chicken broth1/4 Cup Chicken Broth

Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook the onion and bell pepper for about 5 minutes until softened. Stir in the taco seasoning.
