ground chicken1 Lb Ground Chicken
chili powder1 Tbsp Chili Powder
ground cumin1 Tsp Ground Cumin
sea salt1 Tsp Sea Salt
pepper1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
paprika1/2 Tsp Paprika
garlic powder1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
onion powder1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
oregano1/4 Tsp Dried Oregano
pepper flakes1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
baking soda1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

Directions

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken with all the spices and baking soda until well incorporated.

Spread the seasoned chicken mixture thinly and evenly on the parchment-lined sheet pan using a rolling pin.

Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until the chips are crispy.

Allow the baked mixture to cool for 10 minutes, then break it into chip-sized pieces and serve.
