1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp Dried Oregano
1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Directions

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.2
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken with all the spices and baking soda until well incorporated.3
Spread the seasoned chicken mixture thinly and evenly on the parchment-lined sheet pan using a rolling pin.4
Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until the chips are crispy.5
