ground beef1 lb ground beef
ground pork1 lb ground pork
cream of mushroom soup1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
pork rind1/2 cup pork rind, blended fine
egg1 large egg
sea salt1 tbsp Sea Salt
ground pepper1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
onion powder2 tsp onion powder
garlic powder1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚

Hand mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, leaving 1/2 cup of cream of mushroom soup for a later step.

Place mixture into a meatloaf pan and place into oven.

Bake for 45 - 50 minutes.

Remove from oven, pour remaining soup over top, and place back into the oven.

Bake for another 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and enjoy with mashed cauliflower and broccoli.
