shrimp1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
cilantro1/4 cup chopped cilantro
onion1/4 cup onion, minced
olive oil4 tbsp olive oil
butter2 tbsp butter, melted
garlic2 cloves garlic, minced
lime juice2 tsp lime juice
pink himalayan salt1 tsp pink Himalayan salt

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and cilantro.

Pour over shrimp and mix until all the shrimp are coated.
