chicken thighs2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
liquid aminos1/4 cup liquid aminos
water1/4 cup water
green onion1/4 cup chopped green onion
erythritol sweetener2 tbsp Swerve or Erythritol sweetener
garlic1 tbsp minced garlic
sesame oil2 tsp toasted sesame oil
xanthan gum1/4 tsp xanthan gum
pink himalayan salt1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
sesame seedsSesame Seeds for Garnish

Directions

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks.

In a wok over medium-high heat, combine the liquid aminos, minced garlic, sesame oil, xanthan gum, and pinch of salt.

In a separate non-stick skillet, coat the bottom with olive oil and cook the chicken thigh chunks.

As the chicken chunks are almost done, heat the sauce mixture to high and bring it to a rolling boil.
