Ingredients

goat cheese4 Oz Goat Cheese, with herbs or plain
almond flour1/2 Cup Almond Flour
pork rinds1/2 Cup Pork Rinds, crushed
egg1 Egg
salt and pepperSalt and Pepper, to taste
avocado oilAvocado Oil, for frying

Directions

Place the goat cheese in the freezer for a short period to harden.

Cut the cheese into 6 portions and gently form each into a ball by hand.

Set up three dredging stations: one with almond flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with crushed pork rinds mixed with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Dredge each cheese ball first in the almond flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the pork rind mixture.

Place the coated cheese balls on a plate and freeze for at least an hour to harden.

In a pot, heat about 2 inches of oil. Once hot, gently add the cheese balls straight from the freezer.
