garlic6 Cloves Garlic, minced
heavy cream1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
parmesan cheese1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
bell pepperBlack Pepper, to taste
sea saltSea Salt, to taste
nutmegNutmeg, to taste
