chicken thighs1 lb chicken thighs, cut into small chunks
onion¼ cup onion, finely diced
garlic3 cloves garlic, minced
olive oil3 tbsp olive oil
liquid aminos3 tbsp liquid aminos
sesame oil2 tbsp sesame oil
rice vinegar1 tbsp rice vinegar
chili garlic sauce1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
ground ginger1 pinch ground ginger
butter lettuce leaves6 butter lettuce leaves
sea salt and peppersea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil  and then add chicken.

Cook until chicken is cooked, about 7 minutes; reduce heat slightly.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 5 more minutes.
