Ingredients

chicken breasts1 Lb Chicken Breasts
almond flour3/4 Cup Almond Flour
coconut flour2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
salt1 Tsp Salt
pepper1/4 Tsp Pepper
garlic powder1 Tsp Garlic Powder
seasoning2 Tsp Italian Seasoning (optional)
parmesan cheese1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
heavy cream1/2 Cup Almond Milk or Heavy Cream
oilOil for Cooking

Combine dry ingredients in a shallow dish (almond flour, coconut flour, salt, pepper, seasonings, and parmesan cheese). Whisk well. Add almond milk or heavy cream to another shallow dish and season with 1/2 tsp of salt and a pinch of pepper. Set both dishes aside.

Cut chicken into strips. Add chicken to almond milk and coat well.

Add oil to a large cast iron skillet and place under medium heat. Once oil is hot, drop chicken pieces into pan. Fry on all sides until golden brown. Remove chicken from oil and place on a paper towel.
