egg yolks3 Egg Yolks
vinegar1 Tbsp White Vinegar
mustard powder3/4 Tsp Mustard Powder
sea salt3/4 Tsp Sea Salt
vegetable oil1 Cup Vegetable Oil (any neutral oil is fine)
cheddar cheese3 Oz Cheddar Cheese, Grated

Directions

Pour egg yolks and vinegar into a tall plastic cup. Add mustard powder and salt.

Gently pour the oil down the side of the cup trying to make it well up at the top.

Gently insert immersion blender all the way to the bottom. Blend on high until everything emulsifies into mayonnaise.

Transfer the mayo to your food processor, add the cheese and let it blend for about 20 seconds.
