mozzarella cheese1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded and chopped into bits)
blueberries6-10 Blueberries
almond flour2 Tbsp Almond Flour
egg1 Egg
granulated sweetener1 Tsp Granulated Sweetener

Start by heating your waffle maker.

Carefully smash the blueberries just so they are popped before going into the waffle maker. Mix ingredients well and separate in half if using a mini waffle maker.

Lightly spray waffle maker with oil, add batter into waffle maker. Cook chaffles for 5 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved. Enjoywith syrup and butter! Makes 2 mini chaffles.
