brussels sprouts1 ½ lb. Brussels Sprouts
maple bacon6 Slices Thick Cut Maple Bacon – Chopped
onion3 oz. Onion – Diced
cloves garlic2 Large Cloves Garlic – Minced
balsamic vinegar2 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
olive oil2 Tbs. Olive Oil
salt and pepperSalt and Pepper – To Taste

Preheat oven to 375°F Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellowing leaves.  Cut Brussels sprouts in half.

In a large mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, bacon, onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.  Toss until all sprouts are coated and ingredients are well mixed.

Pour mixture onto baking sheet and spread in a single layer.  Bake for 30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.
