eggs6 Eggs
cheddar cheese1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
canadian bacon3.5 oz. Canadian Bacon – Diced
salsa1/4 Cup Salsa
baby bella mushrooms3 Baby Bella Mushrooms – Diced
salt and pepperSalt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray or lightly oil.

In a large mixing bowl, crack all 6 eggs and mix the cheese in.

Add Canadian bacon, mushrooms, salsa, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the bowl and mix all ingredients together.

Ladle mixture into muffin pan  – This batch will fill 8 of the 12 spots in the muffin pan.
