Ingredients

eggs8 eggs - medium
heavy cream125 mL heavy cream
onion1 onion, finely sliced
bacon2 slices bacon diced
grated/ cheese100 g grated/ shredded cheese
salt/peppersalt/pepper to taste
cherry tomatoes to garnishcherry tomatoes to garnish

Directions

Whisk the eggs and milk with a fork.

Add all the other ingredients, reserving the tomatoes and extra cheese for the top.
