avocado1 Avocado
butter1 Tbsp Salted Butter
eggs3 Eggs
bacon3 Strips of Bacon, Cut into small pieces
sea salt and pepperSea Salt and Pepper

Directions

Start off by scooping out most of the avocado, leaving about ½ inch around the avocado.

Place a large saucepan on a low heat and add in the butter. Start frying the bacon.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.

Once the bacon is fried, remove it and place on a towel to drain but leave some of the fat in the pan. Scramble to eggs in the bacon fat.

Add cooked eggs, some of the scooped out avocado and bacon to a bowl and mix. Spoon mixture into avocado and serve with hot sauce if you desire.
