 4 oz Heavy Cream
 1 oz Water
 8 oz Diced Ham
 Green Onions
 ¼ cup Tomatoesdiced
 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
 Salt and Pepperto taste
 Onion Powder and Garlic Powderto taste

Preheat the oven to 450F.

Whisk Eggs, Cream, Water, and Spices together. Spray a large cookie sheet and add eggs.

Cook for 8 Minutes.

Add toppings. Cook for 2 Minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Let cool for 5 minutes or until pan is touchable. Scramble the mixture and divide into 8 portions.
