You won't miss the floury, carb loaded gravy when you make this Keto Southern Sausage Gravy. It goes perfect over low carb biscuits or breakfast chaffles.
In a large skillet, brown sausage.
Remove sausage from skillet and set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients except xanthan gum to the skillet, and bring to a slow boil.
Add the xanthan gum and stir constantly for 1 minute.
Add the sausage back to the skillet and reduce heat. Let the mixture simmer until a thick, gravy consistency is achieved.
Serve! Perfect on top of low carb biscuits or over breakfast chaffles.
