This Keto Pepper Jack Cauliflower is the perfect side to any meal. Slightly crispy cauliflower, smothered in a spicy pepper jack cheese - perfect!

 1 Head Cauliflower
 2 cups Pepperjack Cheesegrated
 8 oz Cream Cheese
 2 tbsp Butter
 Sea Salt and Pepperto taste

Spray slow cooker with some coconut oil spray to coat.

Break up your cauliflower into small florets and discard the core.

Add cauliflower florets, cream cheese, butter, salt, and pepper to your slow cooker and cook on low for 3 Hours.

Grate Pepper Jack cheese to your slow cooker and stir together.

Close slow cooker and cook for another 30 Minutes

Add in cooked bacon and stir. Serve warm.
