 4 lbs Chicken Thighsboneless. skinless
 1 lb Chorizo
 4 cups Chicken Stock
 1 cup Heavy Cream
 1 Stewed Tomatoes
 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
 2 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
 2 tbsp Hot Sauce
 1 Parmesan and Sour Creamto garnish

Brown chorizo in a skillet.

Layer the ingredients into the crockpot starting with the Chicken Thighs, Chorizo then the remaining ingredients.

Cook on high for 3 Hours.

Remove the thighs, break apart, and return to the crockpot.

Cook for 30 Minutes on low.

Garnish with shaved parmesan and sour cream!
