Keto Slow Cooker BBQ Pot Roast

This delicious Keto Slow Cooker recipe creates the perfect Bar-b-que Pot Roast that you've ever tasted! Perfect to pair with our sweet, tangy, spicy Keto BBQ Sauce!

 8 lbs Beef Chuck Shoulder Roast
 1 Yellow Onion
 5 tsp Minced Garlic
 3 tbsp Bacon Greaseor butter
 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 4 tbsp Vinegar
 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
 4 tbsp Erythritol Sweetener
 1 tsp Liquid Smoke
 Sea Salt and Pepperto taste

Rough chop an onion and set aside.

Coat the roast with salt and pepper.

Heat up bacon fat in a frying pan and sear the roast on all sides, 1 to 1:30 minutes on each side. Place the meat in the slow cooker.

Fry onions in the leftover grease, pour over meat in your slow cooker.

Mix Mustard, Garlic, Worcestershire, Vinegar, Spenda and Liquid smoke. Pour mixture over the meat in the slow cooker.

Cook in crockpot on low for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes per pound of roast. This 8lb roast was cooked for 9 Hours.

Remove meat from crockpot, separate into dinner sized portions. Move liquid to a pan and reduce by half. Serve with the meat. Enjoy with some Keto BBQ Sauce.
