This Keto Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry is both easy and delicious. This can be enjoyed as a light dinner or lunch any time of the week.

 1 lb Shrimpcleaned
 2 cups Broccoli chopped
 1 clove Garlicminced
 3 tbsp Butter
 1 tsp Lemon Juice
 Sea Salt and Pepper

Chop the broccoli into small pieces.


Melt the butter in a preheated pan on medium high heat. Gently toss in the chopped broccoli and crushed garlic when the butter becomes hot (but not smoking). Stir to cook.


Let cook for 6 Minutes.


Add Shrimp to the pan. Let it cook for around 4 Minutes.


Once the shrimp turns pink and opaque, drizzle the lemon juice.


Transfer to a plate and serve.
