This Keto Queso Dip recipe will have you wondering why you ever enjoyed the carb-y version! Serve with some pork rinds or pepperoni chips and you'll be in heaven!

 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
 1 Jalapenoseeded and diced
 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
 ½ tsp Onion Powder
  tsp Xanthan Gum
 1 tsp Yellow Mustard Powder
 ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheeseshredded
 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheeseshredded
 Salt and Pepper to taste

Place a small-medium pot over medium heat.


Add garlic and jalapeƱo, saute for 4 Minutes to soften, then add almond milk and seasonings.


Whisk in the Xanthan Gum until full incorporated.


Slowly start adding cheese. Stir and add by the handful, until the dip comes together. Serve immediately, or keep warm in a appropriate container.
