 8 oz Cream Cheese
 ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
 ½ cup Cup Coconut Flour
  cup Granulated Sweetener
 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
 ¼ cup Roasted Nuts
 1 tbsp Granulated Sweetener

In a large bowl or stand mixer, add cream cheese and pumpkin puree. mix to combine.

Add coconut flour, 1/3 cup sweetener, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix to combine.

In a food processor or bullet, add nuts and 1 Tbsp sweetener. Pulse until chopped.

Roll the cream cheese mixture into tablespoon sized balls and coat with the pulsed pulsed nuts.
