These Keto Peanut Butter Cookies are soft and tasty and are only a few pantry ingredients. They are perfect little fat bombs disguised as cookies and are a perfect snack or dessert.

 1 cup Peanut Butter
 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
 1 Large Egg
 2 tbsp Granulated Sweetener

Let the oven preheat at 300°F.

Crack the eggs in a bowl. Whisk along with the sweetener and peanut butter. Continue whisking until you have a uniform mixture.

Include some optional flavors like salt, vanilla, and cocoa powder in the mixture if preferred.

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Scoop out a spoonful of the batter and press twice with a fork to form into cookies on the sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes. Serve.
