Keto Panna Cotta

These Keto Panna Cottas are creamy and delicious. You can make them with any flavors and top with your favorite fruit.

 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
 ½ cup Sour Cream
 1 cup Water
 ½ tbsp Granulated Sweetener
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (or preferred flavor extract)
 1 Small Packet of Gelatin

Place the sweetener and heavy cream in a saucepan. Add the water as well. Heat the saucepan but do not let it boil. When the mixture starts to bubble and the sweetener is completely dissolved, turn off the heat and pour the vanilla or any flavor you prefer to the mixture.


Follow the instructions in the gelatin packet to prepare it.


Gradually add the prepared gelatin to the heavy cream mixture while stirring to make sure no lumps form.


Include the sour cream in the mixture and continue stirring.


Pour the mixture in your forms.


Allow to chill and firm up in the fridge for a couple of hours. Top with your favorite keto berries.
