 1 lb Ground Beef
 1 lb Ground Pork
 1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
 ½ cup Pork Rindscrushed fine
 1 Large Egg
 1 tbsp Sea Salt
 1 tbsp Black Pepper
 2 tsp Onion Powder
 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Hand mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, leaving 1/2 cup of cream of mushroom soup for a later step.

Place mixture into a meatloaf pan and place into oven. Bake for
50 Minutes.

Remove from oven, pour remaining soup over top, and place back into the oven. Bake for another 10 Minutes.

Remove from oven and enjoy with mashed cauliflower and broccoli.
