These Keto Lemon Meringue Fat Bombs are zesty and quick. They are stored in the freezer so they can be prepped and eaten throughout the week.

 2 cups Heavy Cream
 2 tbsp Lemon Zest
 3 tsp Lemon Juice
 3 tbsp Granulated Sweetener
 2 tbsp Lemon Zestoptional garnish

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl.

Using an electric mixer mix till soft peaks form.

Using a plastic baggie or icing bag carefully pipe mixture onto a silicone mat.

If desired, sprinkle extra lemon zest on top. Place Lemon Fat Bombs into the freezer. Once frozen place into a sealed container and store in the freezer.
