This Keto Lazy Pesto Chicken is so simple yet so delicious. A quick and healthy dinner in just 20 minutes in one pan.

 1 lb Chicken Breastboneless,skinless
 6 oz Pesto
 2 oz Mozzarella Cheeseshredded
 ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes
 Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Set the oven to 400°F to preheat. Pound out chicken breast slightly for even and faster cooking.

Put 2 tbsp of pesto in a pan sprayed with cooking oil.

Add chicken to pan and add the remaining pesto on top of the meat. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil and allow cooking for 15 Minutes or up till the meat is almost cooked through.

Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on the chicken. Remove the foil completely and cook for additional 5 Minutes.

Serve with chopped tomatoes and more pesto(optional).
