These Keto Lazy Crepes are so easy and quick. It is only two ingredients and can be customized either savory or sweet. They can even be used for enchiladas.

 2 Eggs
 2 oz Cream Cheese
 Optional Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin etc)

Warm up cream cheese in a microwave so it is soft and easy to mix.

Add 2 eggs to cream cheese (one at a time) and mix well. Use a hand blender or a whisk. Add any spices to the mixture (optional).

Warm a skillet on medium, oil it slightly and cook the crepes.
